Summary

Through building relationships with locals in the community, you will work closely to develop programmes of compassion specifically aimed at elderly and disadvantaged to help improve self-worth and oppotunity to share the gospel.

Duties

• Network with local people and organisations to get a better understanding of local needs and current community provision
• Build relationships and provide pastoral support to a range of people
• Design and implement a range of programmes to show Christ's compassion to many in the community

Requirements

• Expereince of working with a range of people and cultures
• Experience of ministry to or working with the elder and/or disavantaged
• Willing and able to develop fundraising for personal support
• Able to work as part of a team as well as independantly
• Able to develop and train others, being able to build a team of volunteers and supporters
• Willing to learn Bulgarian (language lessons will be a key aspect of personal development, especially in the first year of living in country)
